Need to return or exchange an item due to sizing or change of heart? Keep the beat going and place a new order; you'll have your perfect fit or preferred item quicker that way!

In the case of elusive packages marked 'delivered' by the carrier, reach out to the carrier for additional delivery details. If you still can't locate the package, place a new order for reshipment. We regret that we can't currently assist with carrier claims or cover reshipping/refunding costs for such orders.
